The Village of Coloma, formerly Coloma Station, was founded in 1858. Two gold seekers returning to Waushara County from Coloma, California used their influence to name the village. Today, this rural community is central to a large area of irrigated farmland and an expanding modern business park.

The village is conveniently located at the intersection of I-39/US 51 and State Highway 21. Major highways provides excellent access to markets for truck transportation.

Coloma is an ideal place to live and raise a family. Coloma Grade School offers excellent K-6 elementary education. The village has a well kept recreational park with a shelter house, ball diamonds, tennis courts and playground equipment. Nearby lakes and streams are available for year round recreation. There is even downtown access to miles of well groomed snowmobile trails. Visit us for Frontier Days!
